Tailored Property Search
Our next step is to search for properties that match your needs. Once we’ve identified suitable options, we’ll share them with you to review at your convenience. If any catch your eye, we’ll move forward and arrange the viewings for you
Organising Property Visits
At this stage, we’ll coordinate with the estate agent or landlord to arrange the viewing on your behalf. If you’re unable to attend, you can count on our experience and attention to detail—we’re fully equipped to carry out the viewing for you and report back with honest, thorough feedback
Property visit and inspection
We visit every property you’re interested in, either with you or on your behalf. During each viewing, we carry out a thorough inspection to identify any potential issues and ensure the property meets your expectations. You’ll videos, so you have a clear, transparent view of every detail—nothing is overlooked
Making the Right Offer
Once you’ve chosen your preferred property, we’ll liaise with the estate agent or landlord to submit an offer on terms that suit you. After your offer is accepted, we’ll continue to manage all aspects of the rental process to ensure everything runs smoothly through to move-in
Contract Review
Once your offer is accepted, it’s time to sign the rental agreement. We’ll continue to support you by reviewing the contract to ensure all terms are clear, transparent, and fair
